Can you give a graphic design student any tips as to how to gain the experience needed to get a position at a company like Moose Toys?? Pretty much I wanna be like you when I grow up.. *gushhh*

I sure can! Loads of practice!! Learn Illustrator and Photoshop as much as you can. Check out some of the cool tutorials online to how other people use those programs, they lend some helpful tips! Also be passionate! For example, if you want to work with toys, you have to love toys, be a nerd, know everything! Know your companies, Mattel, Hasbro, Moose etc. Know whats hot and whats not. And put together an amazing and tidy portfolio that represents you. Like mine would be in a pink folder lol. And dont forget to show sketches too!!! <3 Hope that helps.
